Storage Cabinets

I am thinking of replacing the countertops in my kitchen. Currently the same style/color countertop that is in my kitchen is also in both the guest bathroom and the master bath. My home has the same cabinetry in the kitchen, and as the vanity in the guest/hall bath as well as the vanity and storage cabinet in the master bath. The original countertops are in good shape but are of very cheep material. When the decision comes to changing the kitchen, should I also match both bathrooms with the same countertops as the cabinetry is all the same. Or will it look alright to have one choice in the kitchen and another in the bathrooms? Ok all you decorators…what should I do?

I am not a decorator, but i am a remodeler. In very rare occasions do people choose to match kitchens to baths.My personal preference for baths is a solid countertop while i have very nice black 4×4 ceramic with a gold grout in kitchen.
