Adorable Victorian cottage for sale in the Asbury Grove community in South Hamilton, MA . Asbury Grove is the oldest surviving Methodist Campground in this area, established in 1859 and celebrating its 150th birthday this year! It is a lovely community set in a pine Grove of about 80 acres.

This cottage is unique in several ways. It is mostly unpainted inside. The original walls have been treated with linseed oil, both for protection and to bring out the beauty of the natural wood. The floors have never been covered by linoleum and show off the original wide boards.

There are some restrictions on ownership including the requirement of a letter from the pastor of your current church in order to protect the Christian heritage of the campground.
