I don't understand why you feel you would have to replace your kitchen cabinets if you replace your bathroom vanity. They are two different rooms and the cabinetry should not match. I think if you look around at your local hardware stores, you will find a suitable vanity (possibly with a top) for a very inexpensive price. I found a great one for two hundred...with cabinet, top and sink. Just shop for deals and you can have your new floor and a new vanity. You can find a mirror in Walmart for next to nothing and create your own piece of artwork from pictures of family, friends or nature you have taken.

how old is your cabinet. what kinda shape is it in. what kinda budget are u allowing yrself for this ‘remodel’ ? are u replacing the sink, faucet and medicine cab/mirror as well as the hardware and countertop? if your going that way i think replacing the cab w/a matching medicine chest would look best.
since this is a seperate closed off room it really doesn’t matter if it matches the kitchen cabinets or not.
