i need to remodel a house on a budget. any ideas?

Author: we are putting down new laminate hardwood floors and carpet. we need to get all new cabinets and appliances, we need furniture and storage. and we are remodeling the bathrooms. any ideas on how to do this the cheapest way possible? we definately need storage for the playroom. and its a 3 bed, 2 bath. light wood paneling all throughout and red brick fireplace and brick all over that wall..

For inexpensive playroom storage, check out the garage storage section at your local home center. Lowe’s has inexpensive, tall white laminate cabinets for around $100 that look like a sort of plain armoire with lots of space inside you could customize.
Also Target and stores like TJ Max sometimes have big "fabric baskets" you could line and stack along one wall for toy storage.
You can definitely remodel your kitchen on a fairly small budget. First, you might consider refinishing/painting your existing cabinets rather than replacing. This is the highest cost of any kitchen remodel. There are also new cabinets available that are less expensive than the typical Kraftmaid and other brand names sold at home centers and kitchen stores.
